About the Role

At Sandy Paws, our team is responsible for guiding dog behavior in a calm, structured, and positive environment. We focus on creating a safe, respectful pack where dogs can socialize, learn, and feel comfortable.

This is not just a “play with dogs” job — it requires attentiveness, consistency, and the ability to stay engaged with the pack at all times.

Responsibilities May Include

• Supervising group play and managing dog behavior

• Feeding meals and administering basic care

• Driving dogs to and from daycare (if applicable)

• Cleaning and maintaining yards, crates, and common areas

• Bathing/ light grooming and general facility upkeep
